When will my order be shipped?ย 

As soon as your order is processed, we work diligently to ship the order out as quickly as possible, this typically takes 1 business day after processing.ย 

Please allow 1-4 business days for USPS to ship your order. Due to the current pandemic, we are experiencing higher than normal shipping times. Please be assured, USPS is working as hard as possible, your package will arrive soon!ย 


How will my package be shipped?

In this cutest bag of course! But seriously, We currently offer USPS Priority Mail shipping.

*If you are a Canadian customer, your package will be shipped through DHL.*


Can I change my order before it ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, we typically are unable to accept any changes once the order has been placed. If you purchased an incorrect size for your needs - please email us directly at:ย 


How much does shipping cost?

At this time, we are experiencing higher than normal shipping rates due to the current pandemic. USPS is still the most cost effective option. We are happy to offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8.25 on all orders. Occasionally we will provide free shipping when indicated.ย 


ย Do you offer local pickup?ย 

We do! If you are a local to North Carolina, please message me via email, Instagram, or Facebook for pickup arrangements!
